Prices 2010

These prices are valid for services at all Icelandic HI Hostels that are booked and paid through our Central Booking Office.*

Accommodation (single bed in dormitory):
3.100 ISK

HI members get a better price:
2.500 ISK

The prices are based on a dormitory accommodation with shared facilities. Those who would like a private/family room or a room with private facilities pay a supplement.

Private/family rooms with shared facilities:

Single/double room supplement (per room): 1.900 ISK

Family room supplement (per room): 1.000 ISK

Private/family rooms with private facilities**:

Double room supplement (per room): 5.000 ISK

3-6 bed room supplement (per person): 1.000 ISK

Supplements at Reykjavík Downtown Hostel:

Double room supplement (per room) - shared facilities: 7.400 ISK

Double room supplement (per room) - private facilities: 10.800 ISK

4-6 bed room supplement (per person) - private facilities: 3.400 ISK

8-10 bed room supplement (per person) - private facilities: 1.700 ISK

Family discount: Children 0-4 years old free of charge; 5–12 half price

If you contact the hostels directly you can expect these prices:

HI members:
2.300–2.800 ISK
