Gullfoss & Geysir Direct

This ever popular tour allows you to experience the thrill of an erupting geyser, one of the country´s most spectacular waterfalls and Iceland´s best-loved national park, all within the space of few hours. 

We visit the world-famous high-temperature Geysir geothermal area with spouting springs of various formations and the nearby Gullfoss waterfall (Golden Falls) where you can watch its enormous quantities of water tumble violently into a deep, meandering gorge. Our last stop is at Þingvellir National Park, the site of Iceland´s ancient parliament and the place where you can see the American and Eurasian tectonic plates pulling apart at the rate of a few centimetres per year. 

In one afternoon you spend your time encountering a cross-section of Iceland´s natural wonders and geological phenomena.
