Reykjavík Dowtown Hostel, in collaboration with MARICE (Marine Academic Research in Iceland, Háskóli Islands), is pleased to bring a Beneath the Waves mini-festival to Reykjavik, Iceland.
On November 29th and 30th, from 8 pm and lasting 70 minutes, a great selection of hand-picked short films about the marine environment and its conservation will be shown. After the movies there will be open discussions about the films, the issues raised and everything linked to marine conservation in general.
The Beneath the Waves Film Festival aims to encourage, inspire, and educate scientists, advocates, and the general public to produce and promote open-access, engaging marine-issue documentaries.
Free entrance and popcorn. Limited seats available.
Dates: 29th and 30th of November
Time: 8pm to 9:30 pm
We look forward seeing you!
