Request information for bringing groups to Iceland
If you are interested in bringing group/s to Iceland, please send us the following information and we will get back to you right away after having checked availability.
Group rates and services apply to groups of 10 or more participants.
We know that planning for a group trip can be complex and that numbers in your party might change. Please provide us with as accurate numbers as you possibly can at this stage.
Please not that this is not a booking, only an information request. When we receive this e-mail, we will send you our price list and booking conditions, and check the availability at the hostel/s you are interested in.
We will reply to your request as soon as possible.
Please note that our office is closed on weekends and public holidays. We will not reserve anything for you until we hear from you again. After receiving our reply you can decide within 2 working days whether you want to book or not.
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required no later than 4 weeks after having received a confirmation with a total price. This amount is non-refundable. Total payment is required 6 weeks before arrival of the group. Payment can be made with a credit card, through a secure website (using a credit card), or by a bank transfer.
A preliminary list of names and genders of all participants (including group leaders/teachers/drivers) must be sent 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy for groups
Cancellations are required in writing and we must be notified as soon as possible.
If a cancellation is received less then 4 weeks before arrival, we have the following cancellation policy.
• 4-2 weeks before arrival we will refund 70%.
• 2-1 weeks before arrival we will refund 30%.
• With less than one week before arrival no refund will be given.
